Road Marking in Kirklees

A video update today from a cold and damp Kirklees where we were refreshing some existing white lining. The marking is done in 3 stages:

1) Remove excess moisture from the existing lines using a heat lance.

2) Heated thermoplastic road marking paint is applied by our highly skilled operatives.

3) Reflective glass beads are spread onto the road marking to improve the reflectiveness of the paint.

The end result is a much safer road marking scheme that will last for a number of years.
